The facility is located at El Paso Field Office 8915, Montana Ave, El Paso, TX, 79925. The visiting hours for detainees vary based on the visitor’s relationship to the detainee and the day of the week. Every visit, except the attorney visits, is non-contact and must be scheduled.
For family friends, they can come between 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, visiting time is from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and also from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Clergy visits are not limited to any specific period – religious leaders can visit anytime, any day. However, prior arrangements must be made with the chaplain’s office.
Also, immigration attorneys can visit their clients every day of the week between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and on holidays, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Authorized paralegals are also allowed to visit detainees 7 times a week, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays, and 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on holidays and weekends.
